There is only one thing you should know about the minimul specs of a PC game. Most of the times the recommended specs are the minimul specs to run the game.

If you could run MTW, than you can run RTW, but it is recommended by many that if you ran MTW unsmoothly, than you should upgrade your PC now, with a new graphics card, more RAM, and maybe some more hardisk space, now it is rumored that by the time you do all this you could buy a new PC, but the only PC's that look even close to being good cost way more than an upgrade, we're talkin close to $1,000. Personally I am getting a new PC at the end of the month for around $1,300 that will be designed for gaming, watching DVD's, and Internet Browsing/downloading. I Personally recommend you post your specs, and if you cna't find them than tell us what you can, how old the thing is, who made it, what is your internet connection etc. etc.
