Default Where does this pic come from?

I saw this pic in the screen shot section of the org and I was wondering where it came from? Was it a beta build of MTW? A mod of some sort? How do I get a setup like this?

IIRC that screen was taken from an older build of MTW. it's very old.

    Incredibly old.

Some of the text files in M:TW refer to buildings involved in developing certain industries, such as the textile and leatherwork industries, however the idea was abandoned before M:TW was released.

Yeah I remember that, we thought for a while that MTW would have seasons.

I can say that the pic looks better than the game now, they should have done it that way.
