Hi to all!

This is my first post and I've spent about 15hours in total reading through the great posts at this site.

Now I'm VERY new to all this , you know , internet gaming etc .. And I must say that I only happened upon MTW at the post office for 10$ aus....It was a miracle!! lol

My cat guards it 24/7 hehehehe

So, anyway , I have searched the internet for many an hour and got the Euro patch etc, and I've attempted to join a few clans which seem to have died off or something , and I'm addicted to a great game and have no idea how to play against or with another player online in a MTW game etc...

There also seems to be a lot of excitement about RTW which I have played the demo of once and to be honest I like MTW more...

So. What I'm getting at is ....Is there any clans that'll take a newbie like me under their wing? I'm sure you'll find me to be a good team mate.

I really wanna play online!

Are there any players of MTW online left?
And if YES how do I join up! And more for that matter how do I even play in an online game? What does it look like?

See, guys, many of you have had the enjoyment of playing an online game of MTW and probably find this post a waste of time but if you look at it from my perspective and probably a few others that are in the same boat , well, I hope it will clear up many things. Talk about lost at sea in the internet! lol

These forums are great and informative but the amount of terms etc I have had to learn to figure things out and all that, well, you know it takes serious time when you haven't got the assistance from more experienced players.

Anyway here's some of the info related to my play to help others decide whether to reply or not...

I have only played the single player campaign, Germany, due to time etc and because I like the german provinces.

Played probably a 1000 turns in total over several campaigns.

And, yes, I'm totaly into MTW! lol

Also some other Q's if you'd happen to be interested in responding....as these may help other newbie's in the one location in these posts hopefully...

1. Where can I get those other images from clan berserk site? The Tech tree etc?
I downloaded the troop comparer etc and have found them to be great tools!
So thankyou to any berserk members reading this.

2. How do I take a screen shot in the game?

3. As I live in Australia , the CD key in the box doesn't seem to work in electronic registration for north america or something so what is that all about as I'm obviously not a resident of usa? I'm pretty sure I entered the key on install though...

4. Are there any clans left? That I can join? Preferably english speaking ones please.

That's about it for the moment, bit pressed for time again of a sudden, but if i find anymore Q's that are really pertinent I'll post them in here and thankyou all for your time.

Oh, and I hope it is ok to have posted in this thread as I can't post in any other ! lol

I think that hitting F2 gives you screenshots.

There are many active clans still playing MTW, and I suspect that MTW and RTW will be quite active for a while. Look in the Barracks, and look in the game lobby for folks that you like and share common playing times.

Check out the MP guides in the Jousting Fields.
