From reading another thread in the Main Hall section, it appears that there is a bug with crusades and glorious achievements. Fortunately I have not encountered it. Crusades are supposed to give you the points immediately upon capturing the territory. Though Galien, note that you don't get the points untill you eliminate any garison that may remain.
