I wouldn't call it a bug, it's just a generally poorly understood/recognized/explained whatever feature of the game. As I recall STW tracked weapon and armour upgrades individually as well, but I guess they decided to simplify the savefile by switching to unit tracking for those. Presumably the justification is that you can recover equipment from dead troops and issue it to the new recruits - just scrub off the blood and splintered bone & tell them to overlook the big hole in the center of the cuirass!Originally Posted by octavian
