I'm partial to the Turks myself. Saracen Infantry is my favorite infantry. Futuwwa are my favorite archers. Easy access to Steppe Cavalry (favorite MTW unit). Turcoman horse is a great multipurpose medium Cavalry. Easy access to the powerful Armenian Heavy Cavalry. Not to mention Ghazi Infantry, a very cheap shock troop.
