Star Burst Glitch

Hi All
This is my first post in the Colosseum.I was wondering do you think they fixed that star burst glitch i get it now and again so it cant be a big problem only iv not read that the Devs team may know about it,inow it a bit late now as its gone gold but there was a problem wasent there?.......

There were a number of posts about this on the .com, you can be pretty sure they will have handled it before gold. I heard it was a problem they were having with just one video card and the demo.

Did I imagine it, or did one of the devs actually say somewhere that they specifically fixed this bug after it was raised in the demo?

I would be surprised if it was not fixed, it would be suicidal. There were some bugs in the demo itself where settings were not being properly applied. The flare problem was effecting quite a few ATI cards, not just one. I've seen the 9800, 9700 and 9600 series mentioned.
