RTW Mods Anyone?

I was just wondering if anyone was planning any cool mods for RTW. I would like to see a mod with factions like the Etruscans, Samnites, and all the Gaullic tribes of Caesar's day. (If they're not in the game as rebels.) It would be cool to have to first unify Italy. A Hellenic mod would be cool also with all the city-states. Anyway, just wanted to see what people are thinking.

Based on the demo, I think there may be some people who are not happy with certain aspects of the game, and these are prime candidates for the first mods, as opposed to more in depth conversions.

Possible features on the hit list:

Better voice acting
Voices in native tongues
Infantry speed
Killing speed
Making the UI more like MTW
Improving the AI

That's all I can remember for now.

Personally, I'll just be happy to finally play the game; I'm sure once we're into it, we'll forget what all the fuss was about.

Aah, the Citadel Mod will be here around June, so hang in there and help is appreciated.

The basic idea is to take all the speculation on the fact that the Medieval era is the best setting for Total War games, but to give people something new at the same time. So out comes... the Renaissance!

Well, yep, I was planning to mod some features on the game. But I am not a professional and I have not enough time to deal with all the points involved in a great mod.

My plan is to make little changes just like I did in MTW before and after installing Wesmod, then wait until the expansion and once we can play the final decades of the Roman Empire that is the only period of Rome I have a decent knowledge about, then perhaps I'll put aside all the changes and try to create a realistic mod about the fall of the Roman Empire (and the rise of the Byzantines).

Yes, I still think the killing speed is too fast.

Yes, improving the AI will made the game infinetly better, but it would be specially hard.
