it's a bit crowded in the forum at the moment.
I frequently loaded "white pages" today. After a while they load normal again.
Is that something that can be fixed or is it that too many request the pages?

I guess it's too many requests. Not just that page, but all HTTP request to this server together.
I doubt there's much that can be done about it other than spending lots of money on server hardware.
