Has anyone seen the Auctions on Ebay where you bid for a document or link to a web site to get electrical and other goods really cheep or even free? has anyone ever purchased one of these? do they work? if so what do you actually have to do?

It could be legit but my guess its more likely a ripoff. Although it could be small companies undercutting the competition by a bit, but I have a feeling since its known to half the people that anything sells on e-bay why not give that a shot.
