It would save a lot of hassle in the future if everyone downloads all of their drivers before asking for help. I understand it may not solve your problems but it'll be the first thing we ask you anyway.

The main drivers are:

1. Motherboard/chipset drivers
2. Video Card Drivers
3. Sound Card Drivers
4. CPU/Processor Drivers
5. Direct X 9

There are other drivers that may need updating as well but updating these drivers usually solve any driver problems. Follow directions for uninstalling/installing drivers to the letter or it may not install properly.

It also wouldn't hurt to download SpySweeper, defrag your system and check your drivers for errors.
