That's right at about 1:45 PM AST I purchased my reserved copy of RTW from my local EB games store. Right now I'll post my first impression and performance on my system.

My system;
CPU: P4 1.8 GHz
RAM: 512MB
Graphics card: GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB Vram
WinXP

Performance;
With the unit graphics and effects set to medium the game runs fine on the camp map and fine in the battles (i haven't fought any big ones yet).

First impressions;
This game seems to have been designed to more accesible than any other TW game. From the simplified RTS styled battle interface to the advisors, this game is very user friendly. The new resource system is gonna take me a while to get used to with the third resource CA has added (time, money, and now people). To upgrade your cites threw the 5 levels you need to have certain population numbers, ex L1 to L2 2000, L2 to L3 6000. Trade on land has been totally over hauled, in the prolouge campagin most of my trade income was from caravans between my cites and the senates. You can also tell at a glance how well trade is doing by the speed and density of trade caravans on your roads.

More later have to eat supper and work out the booze i just drank in celebration.
