    Hello All,

    I am probably the rawest recruit here and just wanted to say hi. I first found this site after watching Decisive Battles on the History Channel. I am now going crazy waiting for EB games to get in my copy of RTW and I am here to prepare for the glorious battles that await me. Also I found reading the posts keeps me from getting "waiting for that game rage"

Yes, I notice that I've been absolutely devouring anything I can find to read about the game and the historical period -- these boards about the game, this site on Roman history, and books books books. It does work taking the edge off the wait factor --- speaking of which, they stretched the time-in-store from noon to 3 PM! Argh!

    Anyway, welcome and hope you have a long and pleasant stay.

    welcome to the org xenophon1900 - may your carry you to victory.

    you want to talk about game rage - I pick up RTW this weekend but can't play until my shoulder injury heals - could be 2-3 months. I can play but only for very short periods - I can use my left but no good for gaming - too slow. All I'lll have is the stories on the org to keep me somewhat sane!

    Ouch Sorry to hear about that shoulder. I just picked up the game and I will tell you how it plays with my right arm. Hope you get better soon
