    Default Region resources

    Can anyone help me out re regional resources. Are these hardcoded ie restricted to the six listed in the VI startpos or can they be added to. I have tried to do this without success . Ie add pottery clay, horses , sheep (I want them as resources not trade goods) So, can this be done or not?
