how do I select expert difficulties

Is there no expert difficulties for SP campaign? The highest I can choose is very hard.

I think Very Hard is Like Expert for MTW

I asked not because I complaining, the very hard campaign is actually challenging. But I recall that in the poll we had before the game was released, expert difficulties is an option, aside from very hard. The CA guy even posted in that thread and made comment on the expert setting.

Is this something you have to unlock like the factions?

I was the 1 who posted that poll but it reall is'nt any different

easy = easy
normal =normal
hard=hard
expert = very hard

All that really matters is that there are 4 difficulties ........... or is it an ego thing where playing on expert level is just so much different than playing on very hard even though theres no difference
