RTW Corruption

It seems the cities far from your capital experience large corruption. (My capital had 0 corruption :D )

I built some academies hoping that might fix it, but it didn't seem to do anything.

On the other hand, I did notice that once the academies were built my governors there started picking up analysts and ecnomists or whatnot as retinue members (some had + to management!) so they are definitly a good build.

But all this corruption is killing me! Any idea how to reduce it? I don't really have any corruption vices on the governors.

There is a Temple that adds 5% Law and 5% Happiness - the law reduces corruption. Other than that I don't know.

If I remember correctly, with the Julii, the temple of jupiter adds law bonuses to the city, which helps combat corruption.
