    Is that server still up for the mongols? Last couple of times I went there I couldn't connect...
    Retreat? Hell, we're just attacking in a different direction...

    You'll have to remind if you would be so kind how to play on STW cos I have MI and the servers are different arent they??

    I remember having to change something, but dunno what.

    Alas Boromir I think STW has faded away in a distant memory. MI is alive and healthy though low in numbers highest I've seen is 15 but it is usually more like 6 or 7.

    I'm surprised more don't visit what with all the problems online in MTW.
    I much prefer the unit movement here they all seem to glide in MTW especially the cav

    Plus the foyer still feels more like 'home'

    Hi Guys
    To change the Swapserver d/click the swapserver icon on your desktop then press key A which is the EA server then press X to exit. You are now on the EA server. See you online folk........Jochi Khan

    All right.. now I really don't get it anymore.. How many servers are there.. I just want to play my non-MI STW online on a nice MP server and see some action. So far the only action I am getting is the swearing rants I call out to my monitor when I get 'Logon Error' knowing I've done EVERYTHING right.
    *Rant mode* If the server for the oldest STW is DOWN, WHY do they DARE sell the game stating you can MULTIPLAY with it. I am thinking liability claim here EA.. And I am sure I can find a few good men to back me. This sucks so much. All WE (yes that's right, your COMMUNITY, which might actually GROW now that you've whitelabeled STW) want is a stable server where we can LOG ON without LOG ON ERRORS or 24 hour downtime. *Rant mode off*

    I hope someone reads this and takes some action, this is becoming annoying.

    I tried to come back and play several times but it seemed even the 5 or 6 people who were on the server were either just chatting or idling, not in games or playing games. Didn't have the time to hang around for 45 min to get someone to play with, so I left. Haven't been able to play Shogun online whatsoever in months for pretty much that reason. It's a shame.
