When I was reading through the manual I came across the following under the vices and virtues section:
"A governor ... who is left to rot in a provincial backwater may develop a nasty personality"
Has anyone noticed this? If so, do you have any idea if it's related to distance from the capital, population, economy, etc.? I've completed the imperial campaign with the Jullii on N/N; I've had some good governors continue to be excellent managers and bad ones become worse at the far ends of my empire (though they were in rather large cities). So is this happening and I'm not noticing it or what?
