Nope, I'm afraid it doesn't. There is an equivalent command for Rome called -pr but it is not available in retail builds of the game. What were you expecting it to do?

In MTW, I use -ian quite often to get a very high camera angle for evaluating replays of multiplayer team battles.

ohh to bad, well ive used it in MTW for the camera angels you could get, like Puzz3D mentioned you could zoom very high heh oh well i´ll make do with out it :D

I was hoping to be able to change factions during the campaign. So I'd be able to set up experiments more easily.
since the camera "hugs" the terrain, this inabily to look too far up has caused me problems (for example, I can't see the top of a short hill when I'm sitting at the base). i, too, was hoping for a wider zoom to alleviate this prob.
