Recognized the problem with upgrades as well, I didn´t get any better generals with the Scipii, Greeks and Parthians, especially with the greeks it was bad, their generals couldn´t even stand to rebel-generals, so I was hoping for the upgrade, but I got none, similar with the Parthians, my generals still look somehow like persian cav with spears, but as I know from single battles they should at least look like cataphracts after you got the Imperial Palace. Perhaps a bug?
