Thread: Grouping retardedness

    Default Grouping retardedness

I don't know if this has been reported yet but I managed to reproduce this bug again and again right now. I grouped my hoplites into Ctrl-1 and my Cretan archers into Ctrl-3. I press 1, then move, both groups 1 and 3 move. I press 3, press stop, both groups stop. Errr.....

I'm not sure how this happened but it was this way the entire battle.

I've heard others talk about this I believe the solution is to ungroup them then group them back up and it clears this
When a fox kills your chickens, do you kill the pigs for seeing what happened? No you go out and hunt the fox.

Regrouping doesn't always work. I've had groups that have magically included a couple of extra units. I select the group and only the units that are supposed to be in it are highlighted, but when I right-click to rubber-band a formation it includes two random units of infantry from somewhere else in the army. Re-grouping and re-forming don't fix the problem. This has happened several times.
