I've had it with the AI when it's controlling my troops............just had it.I also hate it that i cannot chose which of my armies(when 2 or more are present)to control.
Last night i was leading a cav army towards my faction leader Hannibal the Cold-Hearted when 3 Brutii armies jumped him.No problem......i had dealt with these kinds of odds before and Hannibal normally never lost more than 200 men even in the toughest of battles and usually no more than 100.
I was quite surprised then to be given command of the other Carthagenian army which was full of cavalry.Still i thought,this shouldn't be a problem.The numbers are more or less even and Hannibal is maxed out on command.
RESULTS: My cav army got torn assunder by the Brutii Legionaries with no sign of Hannibal andhismen showing up.The other 2 Roman armies did however as the mofos flanked me.To add insult to injury the stat screen showed me that Hannibals army suffered losses of close to 2 thirds.HOW???He wasn't even there.Even if he was he had veteran sacred band infantry who had neverlost a fight.
I wasone VERY unhappy bunny.
