    Default the naval bug

    ...ranked admirals are not allowed to be grouped together in a fleet.

    perhaps this is why the ai builds so many small fleets.

    another naval bug: i had a fleet defeated in battle, and flee up onto the shore of portugal. i couldnt move them again. ever.

    That's not a bug, that's FAD (functioning as designed). I doubt it's the reason the AI has so many small fleets, as most of their fleets don't have Admirals.

    Anyone notice which ship is the Admiral's ship? I could not find a way to distinguish it. Tried to merge two fleets with admirals. Did not work. Did notice on the merge screen two grey'd out ships -- must be the admirals. But going back to the individual fleet stack, no way to tell which was the Admirals ship. Had to pull out one ship at a time, trial/error, making three stacks (Admiral's, single ship to check, new stack with no admiral) until I could pinpoint the Admiral.
