In MTW there was a scroll list that showed info on my forces, how many men, where they were, and how much for upkeep. I by mistake found this scroll, its not listed under your faction tab, nor is it listed under (F1)

(1) Does anyone know how to bring this scroll up? and are there any others not listed under (F1)???

(2) Can anyone tell me how to build Forts and Watch Towers? thanx

To build forts and watchtowers, the only way is with an army leading by a general family member.
Put the army when you desire build, then click in the construction button like in a city and there is a scroll with the options of build a fort o watchtower.

cool, thanx for help, and i just found the missing link I was looking for, right click on the tabs to bring up more scrolls. (right-click on Army, Town, Agents tabs)
