    As of right now version 1.1. of Rome is extremely stable and playable. Since there are no critical issues with the SP game that need to be addressed I am inclined to believe that Activision is going insist CA take it's time and create a large, all encompassing patch instead of several smaller ones that can be released in a relatively short period of time.

    So taking in account all the bugs that need to be fixed, all the things that need to be tweaked/balanced and the few new features and options CA may try to squeeze in my money's on a late November/early December release for the next patch.

    I have no inside contacts or information so that is pure speculation on my part!
