    Do'nt know about short campaigns but if you hit ctrl s (quicksave) and then exit to the menu and then load the game you should no longer get those popups.
    When a fox kills your chickens, do you kill the pigs for seeing what happened? No you go out and hunt the fox.

    Does this work for any pop up, i.e. the Senate mission that wants you to kill your faction leader?

    I appreciate the help guys, I simply saved before clicking "return to main menu" and when I loaded it, I was good to go!

    I'm not sure if this works for Senate missions, I've already taken them out!
