Possibly, but I don't think it would, because I don't think the AI moves are necessarily scripted at the start. I think they are just following their rule set and therefore doing the same thing repetitively. I think the things that are randomizing are: the player's moves (and the ripple effect on factions) and the random battle outcomes/rebels/heirs etc. Instead I think it would have a more leveling influence on the player who can/will exploit the known map and known AI troup distributions and initial movements.
