Sinatra is second, but Dean is better IMHO.
BTW I did it my way (Sinatra) is definatly one of the greateest songs of all time

My vote goes to Kurt Cobain (RIP Kurt)
Mostly because of the emotion he puts into every song, not down to vocal talent because theres far better vocalists skill wise than Kurt but give me the emtion of kurt over them anyday!
Freddy Mercury has a great voice too, but the only really other voices I can think of are female.
