Shields Into Icons

Anyone know how to do this turn those cool Shiels in the game into desktop ivons I whanted to use the Ponyus one as my Recycle bin

Yes. Get a screenshot, paste that into a graphics editor, and then go find a tool like http://www.make-icon.com/ that will convert a variety of graphics formats into .ico files. Why MS decided on .ico format, I'll never know.

You can use that .ico file in a variety of ways. Using it for a desktop shortcut icon should be very easy, depending on what you're replacing. I don't know anything about trying to change the system (Recycle Bin, My Computer, etc) icons.
