Every battle I have to.
1. take all walking missiles off skirmish
2. enable fire at will for legions
3. enable fire at will for onagers
It only takes a minute but its becoming a pain. Is there any way to change this?

We need MP games without the oversimplifications required for 'good' AI.

Good question. Is there a modder who can answer this question? I know there isn't a way to do it via the standard game interface, or through the unit dictionary .txt file.
