    Default Diplomat and assasination

I know you can have a spy travel with your diplomat to help avoid assination,, as well as a high influence redues assination... but i was wondering if putting it with regular army units,, such as gladiators,, or a captain, or spearmen etc,, will have any effect on whether or not the diplomat gets assinated

I'm not sure. I'd imagine if the army is led by a general with the personal security bonuses it might apply also to any entourage tagging along with the army. I haven't noticed much reduction in assassination chances from the business end, unless a spy is present, but I don't think I've gone after one in an army of a general with those traits, either. I can't remember going after a diplomat in an army at all. I've seen spies and assassins, but no diplomats that I can recall.
