i think that mod will address issues with all the nations. howevere, i just want a mod that deals with those two parthian issues. so is there a mod for those two things? i am pretty sure there is, i read in the parthia strategy guide thread, in which i read godspetmonkey claim to have a mod for those two particular units. however, he does not mentin where he/she had downloaded it from.

You could do it yourself if you want. It's just some text editing and file copying (and extracting), search the "Adding axemen to the Gaul" thread.
