Recently there have been lots of changes. BassV2 has left and many have left with him. At the moment bthizle1 is the mod leader.

This is a mod based during the three kingdoms period in china. The mod will focus on the wei, wu and shu. Also there will be the neigbouring barbarians like the northern tribes and namnan. We also are working with conjuction with a chinese mod team who are dealing with most the skins.

Any volunteers would be welcome it does not matter if you have not modded before!

I'm a little unclear whether this mod will be free or for sale (based on reading your forums & the Chinese site). If free: no sweat - maybe you should put a similar advertisement in the RTW mod forum.

If for sale, there are other considerations ( see Forum Rules, the 'Spam' paragraph.).

that's the next in teh series, if not the napoleonic total war. i mean there's a whole exposure of the three kingdom, and the warring state period in china recently with games like dynasty warriors and kessen.

Except that Kessen (and I assume Kessen II) was set in Japan...

I would be very interested in getting involved with this, and will look into it more as soon as I get the chance. I'm not entirely sure how I could help out tho...

I'll visit the site again and get in contact them very soon, I hope - although an answer on the "for profit or not?" question would be a consideration too...

Kessen 1 was set in the same era as STW, but kessen 2 was set in 3 kingdoms china.
