Night Battles?

Is it possible to fight during the night in campaign battles? I've noticed that there's a trait called noctophilia that gives the general a command bonus when fighting in the dark (and another one called noctophobia - makes the general afraid of the dark) but if you can't play night battles anyway this seems to be a waste of... ehm... traits.

Nah, not possible on regular campaign.

It's theorically possible, if you remove the timer (you need to use an unofficial program for that) and then just wait that night falls, but it's prohibitively long, so...

It's possible to have night battle in custom battles, though (and it looks damn good, can't understand why it isn't an option in the game).
