    Default Please Help! :(

So I bought Medieval: A couple of days ago, and I had opened the box and didn't install it right away. Well I guess the second disc had fallen off my desk and under my chair and when I got in my chair, I move it and ran over the disc, cracking it. Now I only have disc one! I don't know if this is legal or what, but if there was a way someone could send me the files on disc 2 so I can install it, that would be such a huge help, as i do not want to have to buy this game again. If it's illegal, then forget it. But if you can do it, then please help me :(

Do you still have the receipt? If so, than I think you take it back and get a trade in for the same game. Pirating is illegal, so if you can just get a trade in, that would be preferable.

I bought it off of ebay. I doubt they'll give me my money back because I broke it. Is it pirating even though I bought the game? And I only need disc 2. I still have disc 1.

If you bought a valid copy, it's not pirating, as you didn't pay for the physical copy of the game, you paid for a license to play it. However, as no one here can verify that you did indeed buy a valid copy, it isn't terribly likely someone will help you out.

You might try CA themselves, or Activision, most companies will send you a replacement for a damaged CD. If you send in the broken original, that would be proof that you own a copy.
