How to make non-crusading nations be able to crusade?

I'd like to have non-crusading nations (like Poland and Hungary) be able to crusade. How do I do it? Has someone has already done a mod to achieve this? Could someone please guide me or point to the location of this mod? Thanks in advance!

I think they can crusade becouse they are Catolic nations.

I think you have to allow the Chapter House to be built by the factions in CRUSADERS_BUILD_PROD11 and allow a crusade to be built by them in unit prod.

I think I did the trick, modified CRUSADER_BUILD_PROD13.TXT file with Gnome. Thanks for the tip!

There wasn't extensive testing what I did was started Hungary in high and let a chapterhouse build and started a crusade building - worked fine. But here is the 'mod' - actually 1 file, with that you can replace the original. Don't forget to backup! You can download it from here.
