Favourite HK +Japanese movies?

Anyone know of any good Hong Kong or Jap movies out there, I'm looking for another addition to the DVD collection?
Some of my current faves are

Musashi I
Hana-bi + Brother
Once Upon a Time in China
Iron Monkey
Drunken Master
Snake in the Eagles Shadow
Evil Cult

Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated

Kung-Fu flicks:
-Tai-Chi master
-Fearless Hyena 1 (not 2)
-Police force
(there's sooooo many)

BTW get musashi 2 & 3 you wont regret it
