    Default RTW: Sound Queery ?

Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong forum, but I have what you'd call, stuttering/choppy sound when the activision screen comes up and then all the way throught the starting movie, and I get it on the music during the introductory game you play, any one got any ideas what could be casusing it ?

I had this problem with MTW with some Soundblaster Live! drivers a while back and solved the problem by turning down the level of hardware acceleration.

You can do this by going Start > Run > dxdiag and clicking on the sound tab. You'll see a slider for the acceleration - try changing it to see if it has any effect.

This has helped me in several games with choppy sound.

    Hope this helps
