    "Kate monk's onomastikon" is a very comprehensive listing of names compiled by...you guessed it, Kate Monk. It was first compiled (acording to the webpage) to be used to help provide character names for live role-players. While it may not be completely exact, it's one of the best sources of you're trying to find a name to use for a character imo.
