The internal release is just that, internal. It is not yet fit for public use. Once it is, we will make it available to everyone. Until then if you are an EB member you will have received instructions on how to find it. If you are new and would like to help test it and such, my suggestion is to hang out in these forums and contribute to the effort for a while. Give us a chance to get to know you, and make some great suggestions...
