Anyway to get rid of advice?

Hey anyone know how to sorta get rid of the little subtitles when u put your mouse over a city? for example.. when i am going to build something in a city i put my mouse over the barracks and it gives me this whole long discription of what it is.. is there anyway to get rid of this? it is annoying as hell whenever i role my mouse over the map i have all this text on the screen

Hit Esc in the game, go to Options (or something like that), and turn off the advice feature.

You can also set it just before starting a campaign, the option is above the difficulty settings.
