Default Is there any way to turn off the time limit in SP?

Getting 22 minutes to take down epic walls and a full army is ridiculous...Then I attack a 1 unit army in a town with no walls and it gives me 30+ minutes. Any way to turn it off or just increase it significantly?

There's a utility called TiLiN that will do that for you.

    Big improvement.

I never have the timer on anymore it ruins the game.

Alright, I downloaded it, and put it in my Saves directory, but now what? I just put it in the folder with my game saves, macadonia, spartanempire, & carthage (file names). But in the readme of the download, it said I had to drag & drop onto the name, so I tried this, but it wont allow me to merge the files so I guess that the timer file is just supposed to be in the folder with the rest. I'm not running the Total Realism MOD. Is this all that I have to do? Or, how do I ensure I've turned off the times.

TiLiN works fine, but I prefer RomeSAGE, which incorporate the TiLiN code, as well as a few other tricks (like changing the difficulty levels). I've also found it easier to use.

Great, this is perfect! Many thanks!

And siris just open the program up and then drag the files from windows explorer to the box.
