That's not a car, it's a Big-Mammaried Woman transport platform. Her tatas are so big that she can't walk normally, so she uses the platform to get around. This shot was taken after she stopped too fast, having noticed a dead possum that had been run over in road and then painted over by road maintenance crew (she's an animal rights activist). Luckily her huge breasts managed to prevent the transport platform from rolling over her and crushing her. She's blond, a practicing muslim (hence the veil she's lying on) though new to it (hence the miniskirt and pumps; her boyfriend got her into it).

actually, her boyfriend had a flat tire and didnt have a jack.
