    Well I currently run Rome Total War with a 2.0 ghz 256 RAM gateway with a 32MB ATI Mobility Radeon Chip (Mobility 9000 is a few generations up from this chip i believe), and the game is actually playable. So I don't think I should have any problem running the game with the Mobility 9000, maybe even I'll be able to add grass .
