4 max rule

I dont like a max 4 rule as it would hurt some of the factions that are forced to take units of lesser quality and even buy upgrades for them. And upgrades are not as useful as just buying a better quality unit.

And playing at lower denarii levels is one way to reduce the number of armies that has all super units. Sure you might see some people who insist on taking loads of one unit type only but they will most likely not use a max 4 rule anyway. So 10k and below is the best IMO
