How Long Do Campaigns Last?

OK, here is a dumb question: How long does it take you guys to play through a full campaign?

I have only played my first full campaign (Bruti) and it seems to be taking me forever. A matter of days actually in real time (certainly 25+ hours) and I am now up to 75BC or something and I am not nearly done. And I am not even playing on hard...

So I'd be interested in hearing how long other people are playing and how many are playing through the full campaigns vs. just shortened ones or custom and historical battles...

I'll never be able to finish a Full Campaign. It gets boring as it is with the Short ones. I've never gotten past 200BC - closest was conquering 42 provinces and Rome in 215BC.

The game needs to be harder for me to take longer, and that's on Hard/Hard. In one campaign I got 20 provinces by 244BC.

Hourly though, I wouldn't be able to say.

Yeah, things almost got a bit boring, but then it turned out that when the civil war started, I was stretched a bit thin, making things more interesting...
