A movie with Jean claude van dam where he is looking for an airplane that crashed in the sea in an underwater cave (I think he finds it intact!). In the same movie he is rapelling on a steel rope and someone tries to kill him with a grenade. Also, any of these kick boxing movies where he trains by spreading his legs and squashing his b***s on the ground.
