Two senate type factions?

Would it be possible to have two senate factions or factions that function like the senate for opposing sides? Like for a HYW mod to have one fulfill the role of King and Parliament the other fulfill the role of the French King and his nobles?

That would be a nice idea and very useful

The answer is no, however. Devs have said that Senate functions are hardcoded. The faction using the Senate's ID will always function as a Senate, and no other faction can.
