    Lightbulb diplomacy section in descr_strat.txt

    What are the tags to be used in this section to make factions be allies, protectorates etc.? Does anyone know? Well I hope you do. So how to mod this thing? Thanks in advance for any replies.

    If you look in the Sons of Mars campaign folder you can find the format there. That is how I did it.
