Man all my replays are screwed up

i had saved a battle jullii assaulting a briton castle i ended up in a minor victory and the battle was really cool so i saved it and after a while i looked the battle again the end was really different some units just didn't though i know that i did ordered them end the statistics were a draw man thats weird

also once i booted up my gladiotor strenght and with 3 units i attacked a large seleucid force
results 0 vs 3900 casualties replay results 148 vs 2 casualties
is it just me or a bug

I have heard of other people getting erronious replays, although I have no clue how/what/why they are caused becuase I don't know how RTW handles replays.

You can save a replay and watch it and it will be completely different every time.

Yea, they stuffed up that one big time.
It's a replay of the battle all right, just not the battle as you fought it.

Yeah I was a bit puzzled first time that happened.

Don't know how the computer managed that one.
